ChaterApp allows you to message people via satellite using your phone's Internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, as available). WHY USE ChaterApp: Who is out there? See everyone around you on your screen. Locate and message people around you. Where is everybody? Everybody is on your screen and reachable to you. How far is everybody? See everybody s distance from your location. Where am I ? Know your precise location. App shows your exact location/address to you.
